The Refind Room is a St. Louis estate sale company providing professional estate sale and estate liquidation services for clients who are downsizing, moving, settling an estate, or selling the contents of a home. 

Our approach is different from a traditional estate sale company. Because we also offer consignment, fine art retail sales, and specialty auctions through Woodard Lipe Fine Art & Auction, along with other selling options, we evaluate the complete estate and determine the best marketplace for each type of personal property.

The Right Solution for Every Item

Estate sales can be an efficient way to sell a large volume of household contents, including kitchenware, china, clothing, garden and garage items, holiday décor, and other everyday household goods.

But valuable property doesn't always achieve its best result in an estate sale. Designer furniture, original art, antiques, jewelry, collectibles, coins, rare books, and specialty collections may be better suited for consignment, auction, or another marketplace.

Rather than applying one selling method to an entire estate, we work with each client to develop a customized strategy designed to preserve value while simplifying the transition.

Full & Partial Estates

We work with clients selling full or partial home contents, from significant collections of specialty items and individual categories of property, to complete estates. Sales may be conducted on-site, off-site, online, or through a combination of selling methods depending on the property and the client's needs.
